the process
1 - SCHEDULE A CALL OR MEETING
This is where we will discuss the vision you have for your wedding, coverage options, as well as the process for payments and retainer requirements.
2 - MAKE IT OFFICIAL
After you have selected your package I will email you a personalized contract that outlines our agreement, which can be signed by both parties digitally. After your contract is signed, I will send you an invoice for your retainer (50% of your total due), which must be paid in order to secure your date.
3 - NAIL DOWN THE DETAILS
As details begin to fall into place closer to your wedding day, we will want to schedule another call to talk about more specific timeline details, discuss photography location options at your venue, complete your shot list, etc.
4 - FINAL PAYMENT DUE
Two weeks prior to your wedding day your final balance is due. I will send you an invoice and payments can be made online.
5 - sneak peeks
I always send sneak peeks within 24 hours to give you some photos to post and share, and to give you an idea of what your photos will look like.
6 - Image delivery
Once I am finished editing your full gallery they will be uploaded into an online gallery and sent to you via email!
FAQ
How far in advance do I need to book?
My books are open one year in advance, with the option to book even further out upon request. I highly recommend securing your photographer as soon as you have finalized your wedding date to ensure availability and have ample time for planning your perfect day!
When and how do I pay?
After your contract is signed, I will send you an invoice for your retainer, which is equal to 50% of your total due. Your balance will be due 14 days before your wedding day. Payments can be made with credit or debit cards, Venmo, Paypal, or Applepay.
How many photos will I receive?
Each wedding package includes a minimum number of photos, but I almost always exceed that, sometimes by 100 or more! While I can’t promise an exact number (as many factors contribute to the amount I provide), I don’t hold back great images. I’ll provide as many beautiful, high-quality photos as I capture, ensuring you get a full and authentic story of your day.
How will I receive my images?
You will receive an online gallery of digital images that can be downloaded directly to your computer or device. An online print shop will also be directly linked to the image gallery to make ordering prints easy. Your gallery can be shared as many times as you like and will remain online for 60 days.
Do you offer a second shooter?
I typically shoot solo, but if you prefer to have more than one photographer, I have trusted colleagues in the industry who will partner with me upon request. Clients are responsible for covering the additional cost of a second shooter, with pricing varying based on the photographer. An additional contract with the second photographer will also be required to ensure everything is properly arranged and all expectations are addressed.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Once your date is secured with a paid retainer, I will no longer accept any other inquiries for that date. Because of this, retainers are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule for some reason, your retainer can be applied to your new date as long as it’s more than 30 days in advance and I’m available on that day.
