the process
1 - book your date
If you have questions, you can either book a consultation call online or have your questions answered via email by filling out the contact form. If you are ready to book, visit my booking page and set up your appointment online!
2 - MAKe IT OFFICIAL
During the booking process you will need to indicate how many hours you would like to book the photo booth, after which you will be prompted to pay the full amount due online. Once that is paid, your date will be officially secured. I will then send a personalized contract that outlines our agreement (which can be signed digitally). After your contract is signed, you're all set!
3 - NAIL DOWN THE DETAILS
As your event date gets closer I will get in touch with you to discuss how the photo booth will work at your event, the location options at the venue, your ideas and vision for the look of the booth and props, and I will answer any questions you have.
4 - Digital image delivery
Immediately following your event, I'll upload all of your photo booth images into an online gallery that you will allow you to share and download the images.
FAQ
How far in advance do I need to book?
My books are open one year in advance (or further upon request). If you're looking to book a session in late summer or fall, keep in mind that this is my busiest season, and dates fill up quickly. The earlier you secure your spot, the better!
When and how do I pay?
You will be prompted to pay online during the booking process. Payments can be paid online with a credit or debit card, Venmo, PayPal, or Applepay.
How will I receive my photos?
You will have the opportunity to print each image at your event, and you will also receive an online gallery of your images that can be downloaded directly to your computer or device. Your gallery can be shared as many times as you like and will remain online for 60 days.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Once you have paid online and signed your contract, the photo booth fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your event, your payment can be applied to a new date provided I am available that day. In cases of severe inclement weather requiring last-minute rescheduling, we will discuss alternative arrangements, and your payment will transfer to the new date. If no suitable alternative can be arranged, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the photographer’s discretion.
Do you provide an attendant?
Yes, all photo booth bookings include an attendant that will handle set up, take down, assisting guests using the booth, and any paper/ink changes for the printer.
