1 - book your session


If you have questions, you can either book a consultation call online or have your questions answered via email by filling out the contact form. If you are ready to book, visit my booking page and set up your session online!


2 - MAKe IT OFFICIAL


During the booking process you will need to indicate how many hours of photography you would like to book for your session, after which you will be prompted to pay the full amount due online. Once that is paid, your date will be officially secured. I will then send a personalized contract that outlines our agreement (which can be signed digitally). After your contract is signed, you're all set!

3 - NAIL DOWN THE DETAILS


As your session date gets closer I will get in touch with you to discuss your vision, shot list, the location for your shoot, lighting and prop needs, and answer any questions you have.


4 - image delivery


After your shoot, I'll curate the best images, apply the edits, and upload them into an online gallery. The turnaround time varies by season, but I'll provide an estimated timeline during your session. If you need a rush on your photos, please let me know your deadline before booking so I can ensure I am able to meet your expectations.

FAQ

How far in advance do I need to book?

My books are open one year in advance (or further upon request). If you're looking to book a session in late summer or fall, keep in mind that this is my busiest season, and dates fill up quickly. The earlier you secure your spot, the better! Booking early also helps ensure a smoother experience and timely delivery of your images, as turnaround times may be extended for sessions scheduled last-minute during peak season.

When and how do I pay?

You will be prompted to pay online during the booking process. Payments can be paid online with a credit or debit card, Venmo, PayPal, or Applepay.

When will i receive my edited photos?

This will depend on the season as some are busier than others, but in general I try to have branding and product photos delivered within 14-30 days. I take a very hands-on approach to each and every photo, as opposed to using AI, batch editing, or hiring out for editing, so my timeline may be longer compared to others who utilize those services.

How many photos will I receive?

I always strive to provide as many great photos as possible. The total number of images you’ll receive depends on several factors, including the type of session (branding/product), the shoot location and lighting, and more, making it difficult to give an exact number up front. I can give you a better estimate if you schedule a consultation call or outline the details of the scope of your project via email.

How long does a typical session last?

Branding and product sessions typically last anywhere from one hour to several hours, and will just depend on your shot list and the setup time involved for each one.

How will I receive my images?

You will receive an online gallery of digital images that can be downloaded directly to your computer or device. Your gallery can be shared as many times as you like and will remain online for 60 days.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Your session fee is non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule, it can be applied to a new session provided the new date is confirmed at least 14 days before your original session. In cases of severe inclement weather requiring last-minute rescheduling, we will discuss alternative arrangements, and your session fee will transfer to the new session. If no suitable alternative can be arranged, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the photographer’s discretion.
